I have had service for over 5 years started out rough but I have had consistent good service for the past 2 years. Thank you

If you would like the worst possible service you could possibly receive, go with Charter. From the technicians to the customer service representatives, it is hands down the worst service I have ever had in my life. I have been waiting for over 6 weeks for cable boxes to be delivered. Come to find out from the 5th representative I spoke with today, the last person who input the information for it to be sent out NEVER PUT THE CODES IN FOR IT TO BE SHIPPED. 3 phone calls to Charter over the span of 6 weeks, 15 different representatives from 5 different departments of Charter, 4 hours of my life and I still have no answers or cable boxes. DO NOT GET ANY TYPE OF SERVICE FROM CHARTER, YOU WILL REGRET IT.
