Great customer service, call and explained I get crappy service, they gave me a discount. No contract makes it better, Really cheap internet but its not reliable. If you need internet everyday this is not the one to go with, but not very many good ones in Torrington to begin with. ***updated***I was going to switch to a faster internet connection when the lady I talked to asked why I was leaving, I explained I need better reliability with my school and faster service. She said they upgraded our area and was able to get me the faster internet. So far it has been A LOT BETTER. I am even considering giving them 4 stars. Might be worth trying a month or two just to see if they are better for you for cheaper that the rest around here.
