Be aware that if you go with this company you will get terrible speed (No matter the lies they tell you it averages half what they advertise), regular outages, terrible billing page, and customer service comparable to the Third Reich. The cost is poor as well. It's common during late night all your internet will go the way of the Dodo until 4am. If contacted, and you talk to a person, you are told your sevice is fine and it must be MY fault. The teacher in my online class even accepts "Spectrum" as a valid excuse for assignment errors.

The ladies in the office are always so pleasant. I never dread going to pay my bills. They always have the right answers as well.

The service provided by this company is less than a one star! It seems that I call them everyday in order to try to get my internet to work for more than five minutes at a time. I can't count the times that I have been kicked out while trying to take a test. Since I am a student having internet is important! However, every time that I call customer service about the fact that their internet never works, they are always blaming my equipment! I have bought many routers, modems and cords but without fail it doesn't work. I have all new equipment and I am out money that never fixes the issue. I am stuck with bad internet even with their "upgraded" internet service that is supposed to be quicker. It might be if their internet worked long enough to check it out.

Terrible, they are mean to you when you call them because their bad internet doesn't work. Don't even try calling their help lines, they just transfer you around until you go insane. I think people should create their own free internet as a public utility.
