High priced and poor customer service. Also, be careful with your remotes. Anyone watching your television can upgrade your cable package with the remote and they don't need your authorization to do it (but you can't speak to anyone about your account without a 4-digit security code - something wrong with that picture?) I finally found out I was paying for something I didn't ask for after 17 months. Of course they won't reimburse you for ignorance. Watch your bill and know what you're supposed to have. I'd also recommend setting up parental controls, even if you DON'T have kids. They say that will stop someone from changing your account with the remote. Since the guy that comes to hook your cable up doesn't tell you ANY of this stuff, I didn't even know any of this was possible or that they had parental controls through the remote.

Oh my gosh. Normally I don't bother reviewing even if it is bad or excellent service, but this is getting ridiculous. My connection on cable and internet has been cutting out more than working for months now, and not one of them can fix it. Now all of a sudden it has to be the electrical in my house which is something they don't mess with? I'm not going to continue to pay $100+ a month to have to still use my phone data and antenna for local channels. Seriously. I don't bash businesses. Customer service as far as you guys being nice is great, but I would rather deal with the biggest jerk on the planet as long as my freaking stuff finally worked the way it should! I am getting ripped off and how much you wanna bet there will be no compensation for all my wasted money during this time trying to be patient and work with this company. I would go somewhere else, but you have put me off trying to pay for a service that won't work, especially with companies that have contracts. So unsatisfied. Not to mention, I just tried to get over it before writing this and just watch tv through the app on my phone (using MY data) but even that didn't work! Now I gotta feel like a jerk writing this, but there is nothing left to do other than cancel the service (which I likely will if this keeps up). I get bad weather (even though it should be more reliable than dish going out during rain and such) but it has been clear skies and sunny today and is currently, and nothing is working. I don't even watch the dang thing that much and literally got it so I could have the DVR and a couple shows I don't get locally, but I'd rather just not watch. Sorry viewership ratings. EDIT: I upped you to three because the update (that I was told nothing about and just implemented itself even though I was supposed to go through a set up supposedly) corrected the issues with the cable. For the most part. However, the internet is still ridiculous. I have never had above 15Mbps. I have done multiple speed tests, including the one on Spectrum website and all under 10, basically no matter the time or weather. And it keeps kicking me off telling me "internet may not be available" even though the connection is strong and connected. No matter where I am in my house. Considering you say starting at 60Mbps and I got a letter saying I was "upped" to 100Mbps (which makes me think you can slow speeds when you want) it's pretty disappointing to not even break 20.

They are amazing so far. Internet is working great. They even helped me at the store when they were closing due to a bad snow storm!!!

Paid for internet service for 5 months. Either had no internet connection or had to trouble shoot after their agent advised me my connection had been hacked. Spent hours on their customer support line for months attempting to get matter resolved. They replaced modem and router 5 times and could not detect equipment when trouble shooting. Never did provide me with secure internet connection. Have had computer repaired twice for virus and other issue resulting from hacked computer. Finally informed them today that I wanted internet shut down.
