Next to Comcast, Spectrum is the worst! Little rain storms and it goes out. Lose sound randomly, very slow internet especially at night. Sometimes internet is completely non existent at night. Really SUCKS!

You claim to be able to target "specific" audiences. Why subject YOUR cable customers with your boring advertising, multiple times during a one hour program. We really don't need to see your ads, since WE ARE ALREADY CUSTOMERS! Why not "buy" advertising on the satellite providers. Do you pay for your ads on our cable channels?

I strongly recommend going with another cable service! If I had a choice, that offered me the programming that I want, I would definitely do that. The phone service seems to be unable to recognize many of the local phone numbers I try to dial. The cable service is EXPENSIVE! I have a current problem with my service. I had set up an appointment, from 1 pm to 2 pm. Am I wrong to expect the technician to be at my house at 1 pm? He saunters in at 1:35. I have another appointment at 2:15. He arrived and I told him to leave. I had to get ready to go to my other appointment, and I didn't think he was going to be able to do what he had to do in 20 mins or so. Trying to call their 800# for service is a complete joke! I called 5 or 6 times this morning, and the system kicked me off each time!!!!!! To say I hate this service would be a gross understatement!

Why only two stars if you are available between the hours of 9am and 5 pm and will be at your home I would love to explain further ....
