I happily recommend Paul and Allegiant Glass & Showers.  He was prompt in returning my call and scheduling an appointment for an estimate.  His price was very fair.  The glass arrived and was installed sooner than he originally estimated in about a week and a half as opposed to 3 weeks.  He and Mike were very careful to protect my hardwood floors and light-colored carpets as they came and went.  The install was done quickly and we love the final product.

I cannot say enough good things about these guys!!! Paul and Micheal are the best!! The quality of the glass, installation and hardware was outstanding. Oh and did I mention they were hundreds cheaper than the 2 other bids I got from “big name” glass door installers who wanted to charge extra for the “coating”?!! It pays to go with a smaller shop and I’m so glad I gave them my business. They were also faster at getting the glass in and working with my schedule to install in as soon as possible. Top notch!!

I had an excellent experience purchasing custom glass shower doors from Allegiant Glass. Michael was my contact and I was totally impressed with his communication skills and professionalism. He explained my options, offered advice and did everything exactly as he promised. I would expect to pay a premium for this type of service but was pleasantly surprised that Allegiant was the most competitively priced. Call this company after you call the big guys. You will be shocked by the price difference.

Paul is amazing. He provides great communication, dependability, and an amazing product at a great price. We have been working with Paul for close to a year now and he has done 10+ showers for our remodeling business. I've never had a single complaint about his work, only compliments!

Paul, the owner has been outstanding to work with.  We had a remodel shower installed and called him for a door.  He responded promptly, delivered what he promised, at a very reasonable price.  We had a leak it the SHOWER, not the door, after a couple of months.  The door needed to come down to be able to take care of the leak.  Again, Paul was prompt in un-installing the door and also in re-installing after the leak was repaired, again at a very reasonable price. Update: upgrading my rating since they were able to send someone to us today to address what they called a "common problem." Though if it truly is that common, I would think they would address it up front rather than wait for a someone to call in a problem, especially if they're so busy.  We used this company for our new shower doors. They installed them on Monday and were paid that day. To allow ample drying time, we waited until first to use the shower for the first time today and we noticed a small leak. Upon calling the company, I was told that they're busy working on other jobs and "will get to me eventually." I'm horrified by this lack of professionalism especially after having already paid to replace a shower that previously leaked.

Prior to any work, make sure you have in writing they have confirmed your shower is level and what the plan is if there are any unforeseen issues especially if your home is a new build.  Beautiful work originally but had to be redone twice because the builder didn't install the shower pan level and that was not "caught" prior to installation of shower door. After two re-installs, it's not quite the same.  If only the simple "issue" was caught prior to installation, we could have had the builder fix the pan and THEN have the shower door installed. That would have been a perfect experience.  I would use them again but would ask more questions and not assume anything.

They were prompt and the shower door is beautiful but, If you choose to work with these folks I would ask them to give you in writing a guarantee that your shower is properly tiled and leveled so the water will drain toward the inside of the shower. This is something they should be able to see BEFORE installing the door. My door had to be uninstalled and tile work had to be redone because water leaked out badly after the first install. Granted, bad tile work is not the responsibility of the installer but identifying it BEFORE the install is.  Had I been told that this was the situation before, I would not have purchased the door at all. Now I have a shower with mismatched tile because my shower was tiled 5 years prior and I could not find the same tile. Further, he spoke disrespectfully and unkindly to me and about the man who did my tile work. My tile man came back and made the corrections free of charge and made his job right. To their credit, they did come back and uninstall and later reinstall the door free of charge but that does not fix the mismatched tile in my shower. In my way of thinking a company should not come in a do a job and then blame the fact that it doesn’t work on someone else. They must be able to stand behind their work and guarantee that it will work properly when they are done. This is not the only time they have had this experience as indicated by another reviewer. It is not my habit to write reviews at all and it is not my intent to damage someone’s business but I wish someone had told me to ask for this information in writing in advance so I’m just giving a heads up to others who chose to use this company.
