This company is horrible to do business with. The owner cannot keep up with the finances and run his business the correct way. I have done business with them for 7 years and spent over $100,000.00. Computers are constantly down, printers are constantly down and items are constantly printed wrong. They never send invoices out, then want to say you owe them money when the business is not doing so well, but then can't come up with the invoices where you owe them money. Would never recommend this business to anyone

As a Small/Medium business based out of Decatur Al. on a personal level always want to keep the money within our local economy, Shop and trade local so to speak. I have used these PPl for a number of services including. Business Cards , Company brochures and marketing by mail. My recent visit was to try and retrieve my mailing or recipients list as to where I could add to the already 200 contacts I had. When I called to have the just email me the list it never came. I went to the place of business and was informed that they no longer had it due to the computer catching a virus at their place of business. They simply said , with me standing there : Oh i'm sorry we lost it and no longer have it. Who in the hell would or could allow this to happen!! Typical Morons on the beltline should be the name of this business, the owner walks around with a pistol on his side now i know why!! My name is Zac Lott and own E.S.S concrete company based out of decatur Al. Our company works from Long Island NY all the way down to Naples FL. So now when asked how we work our marketing and advertising campaign I will tell them what happened and what the did not do. Thank you Scott Jones at Decatur Printing for taking all my information and helping me with what i am doing and trying to achieve. Some ppl appreciate good business and understand that we all feed our families with what we do. Anyone against that is just like a person attack on the wife and kids.!! just like Allegra Printing!!
