Customer service sucks. I had a heavy package and had one arm in a sling and nobody offer to help me carry it. The next time I went in I asked them to take it out of my car. They obliged.

Terrible customer service. Store manager was very rude & condescending to myself & other customers in the store at the time. I was just printing out some papers, was never even acknowledged or offered help. When I did ask for help was treated rudely almost as if I was an annoyance. Will never set foot in this store again.

FedEx Kinkos is a great company and this place offers its services. However, this place is obscenely under staffed and one guy has to handle everything, and wait times to pick up a package on a Wednesday night are exceeding 30 minutes while he makes business cards for another person who came in after me **End Rant** I recommend the store near Sparkman drive. They are more equipped and 24hrs. Don't go here unless you have no value of your own time.
