Allegro Pilates & Dance is a state-of-the-art equipped Pilates, CoreAlign®, and Ballet studio located in Medford New Jersey just off Route 70. We offer a wide variety of Pilates, fitness, and ballet classes for all ages and fitness levels. We are the only studio in the area who offers Buff Bones (R) program for osteoporosis and Pilates training specifically for youth, athletes, and dancers.
Our classes are small and we will make every effort to customize your exercise program based on your specific goals and needs.

Meet our team: Svetlana is Pilates, fitness and dance instructor for people who want to have a blast while working toward their health and fitness goals. As a former professional ballet dancer with Master’s degree in Fine arts and Dance, Svetlana is passionate about dance and movement. She loves to inspire others to move beyond limiting believes, helps reach fitness goals while making it all feel possible. And when she is not helping others look strong and beautiful, you can find her at the shore paddle boarding, making memories with her two kids and husband, or just chilling with her cats.
