I can't express in words how great this shop was to me after my accident. It's clear their business model is built on quality work and exceptional service. Amanda communicated clearly with me through the whole process, and truly went above and beyond my expectations. Then, when I got my car back, it was almost like a brand new car! I took my 2021  Kia Soul to Amanda and her husband under the recommendation of my son after my car was hit in a parking lot. Amanda was so honest with me and what to expect after the estimate from the insurance came in. And she guaranteed me that they would not get after market parts because my car was less than 6 months old and it was already decreased in value. I can not tell where any of the work was done. When I picked up my car it was so shiny and looked brand new. I can't thank them enough and will definitely send them referrals.

Great communication, quality work from an established shop.  My daughter was involved in an auto accident in June of 2022, a week before her birthday. I live in New Mexico and she attends college in OKC. When she called to tell me that she had been in an accident I was overcome by a feeling of helplessness. Thankfully, she was not hurt but her new Subaru Crosstrek sustained significant damage. When it came time to find a repair shop I began researching and calling around and came across Allen Auto Body. From the very beginning, Amanda was helpful in explaining the nuance of auto body repair and car insurance in the state of Oklahoma. Being a preferred shop for local Subaru car clubs was a big plus. Every step of the way Allen Auto Body communicated as we navigated supply chain issues, insurance claims and repair appraisals. After nearly 2 months in the shop, my daughter picked up her car and was happy to see that the car looked better than when she first bought it!  I cannot express how thankful I am for Amanda and the entire team at Allen Auto Body. I respect their professionalism, their attention to detail and their strong customer service. There is such thing as a no-stress auto repair experience, but thanks to Amanda and her team I am happy to say that my stress level was low and manageable. This was my first time having to have a car repaired due to an accident. I can't imagine a better shop to take your car to and I will continue to use them for any repairs I need. First, my car came out looking like the day I bought it. Beautiful work. But, more importantly in my opinion, they go above and beyond in every way possible. They explained exactly what the process was likely to look like fighting the insurance to pay for the repairs, and every step of the way they have fought the insurance for me. When it reached the point where I needed to start joining in the fight, the explained exactly how I should do it, and what will help. They also offered to keep helping me fight it. I can't stress enough how amazing of an experience it has been during what I had been expecting to be a stressful process. They have done *way* more than required. This business is absolutely 5 Stars, they are BEST!!! If you want someone 100% thorough, and the best of what they do in Oklahoma. If you have to take your car to get it repaired or restored to original specs after an accident, they are it. I researched body shops and read reviews before deciding where to take my 99 Land Cruiser in for body repairs. I decided on Allen Auto Body and after reading their glowing reviews, I had high expectations. Despite these high expectations, Amanda and the crew blew me away.  Amanda is incredibly knowledgeable, very thorough, and communicated clearly with me every step of the way. To say Allen Auto Body went above and beyond the service I expected is an understatement. When I got my vehicle back, my jaw was on the floor. The quality of their work is nothing but top notch and I could not be more happy!! I'd recommend this shop 100 times out of 100 with no hesitation.

This is THE place to go if you want to feel like a valued customer! Allen Auto Body recently repaired my car and I cannot believe how easy and stress-free it was! Amiable, yet professional, it was like taking my car to my trusted friend to fix! Amanda was amazing and took care of dealing with the insurance company to make sure my car was repaired to the highest standard. These people truly care about quality work AND customer service! Too bad I'm limited to 5 stars because I would give them 10!!

I would highly recommend Allen's. They took care of me like family. Amanda was dedicated to making sure my insurance didn't try to get over on me, no matter how hard she had to fight. My car came out beautiful...looks brand new again. Don't even continue searching call Allen's!!!!!!

I can't possibly say enough good things about these people. It's always unfortunate when you find yourself in need of collision repair, but the people at Allen Auto Body were a joy to work with despite this. They kept me informed throughout the entire process. Their customer service was top notch and their technicians are highly skilled. I highly recommend them.
