I went in for an exchange and I must say avoid the salesperson Kacie at all costs. She was very unhelpful, had a terrible attitude, and did not even offer to help me during my visit. Didn't even crack a smile. Didn't even say thank you for your purchase. All she said was hope you have a nice day. Another customer during my visit asked her to make sure his shoe size was ordered correctly, she responded yes it will be because I'm ordering it online with a "duh" like tone. Never had such inferior customer service when purchasing a shoe in the $300-400 price range. You would think the service would be better. If you want better service, call ahead and see if Gabe is working. He was much much better and more helpful. Don't ruin the experience by working with a subpar salesperson. If the manager is reading this, feel free to reach out to me for more details.

I had an issue with the sizing of my first pair. A few months later I called back and Jennifer traded my shoes out with a different size with no hassle at all. Great experience.

Allen Edmonds are the best shoes. This store has been hit or miss with the help. Kaci was fantastic in helping me. Even though she knew I wasn't going to buy anything that day, she was still very helpful and gave some great advice and direction. Thanks Kaci.

Excellent service that makes buying shoes of this storied American brand a great experience. When much of commerce is moving online, it is great to visit stores that enhances your shopping experience through great customer service. I have made several purchases at this store and have been impressed by their service each time. Jennifer has been super helpful and always addressed all my questions during purchases in the store or over the phone. They even ship stuff to your house. Allen Edmonds is an excellent US made shoe brand, and this store makes th buying experience even better. Highly recommended!

One of the best customer service experience I’ve come across through retail, where customer satisfaction is the top priority, bar none! Jennifer and Cody have been exceptional in making sure that all pairs of shoes I purchased meets my expectations. They went out of their way to order me several pairs to make sure I get the right fit, feel and quality. Highly recommend this store if you’re in the market for quality American hand crafted shoes.

I went in to get fitted for Allen Edmonds shoes since unfortunately my online order was sized too large. Cody, the store associate, properly fit me and was extremely polite. Really excellent customer service, and I did enjoy the experience. May be best not returning for some time to avoid spending excessively though :D. Cody's a great salesmen and deserves praise. Anyone unhappy with the customer service at Allen Edmonds likely hasn't had to deal with Cole Hann's nonexistent support.

Really enjoyed my visit to the store and received excellent service from Gabe. I collect AE shoes, and I’m embarrassed to say how many pairs I own. I’ve been to many AE stores, and this one is one of the best. It’s my go-to store in the Houston area.

Lady seemed not very happy to be the one assisting me. Very hands-off and not much specific fit advice. The other guy seemed nicer but disappeared into the back. Made me feel like I was doing something wrong to be asking for a little bit more specific fit advice. Trying to give her the benefit of the doubt that something else was on her mind and I just happened to be there at that time. Not my usual experience with this store at least a couple years ago.

Great shoes and service! Study the different ‘last’ used in making the shoes. Different lasts fit differently. Find the ones that fit your feet the best and you can safely order the same size and last in another style and be confident of the fit. I have a closet full of these shoes. Treat them with care and respect and you’ll still be wearing them a decade later.

My husband and I came into Allen Edmonds ready to purchase his 30th birthday gift. However, once customers starting arriving and it got a “little” busy we were ignored. He wanted some coffee colored shoes, but there was a slight defect on one of the shoes. So, they offered him a pair of Copper colored pair to which he declined. So we waited for the gentleman to return so we can go over our options in ordering the coffee colored shoes and he never returned to assist us. He got caught up helping the other customer and ignored us. Not even the available employees approached us if we needed assistance. My husband put all the shoes back in their original boxes and told them “we’ll be back another day.” Not a chance that we will be back! We are going back to the other location at city center where we should’ve purchased the shoes, since they’re focused was more about the customer!
