Allen High School

I was at the school for a function and when we left there was a guy and women who were in their late 50's getting into a sedan with 2 young boys and the older "man" pulled out his penis and started pissing in front of everybody walking by. The school should probably have one of their employees or a local cop patrolling the area if the parents are going to act like belligerent jack asses when their kids get beat. I would have confronted him but another women was telling him to stop and the guy made a comment about her being fat to the 2 young boys sitting in the back. Again, the guy was in his late 50's as was the women with him. The "man" had dark graying hair and the woman had her hair dyed a brownish-red color and the kids they had with him were no older than 8. They were in a 4 door sedan. The next school function I see him at I'll try to figure out his identity and then confront him about exposing himself in front of women and children.
