Dale High School

I graduated from Dale after 13 years K-12. I loved every minute of learning. This school is one of the best if not the best. The Superintendent and the school board has to turn away out of district kids because so many want to be a part of this school. The sports program is the best. Coaches are great and motivate the kids to be the best. Some may not approve of their style but it pushes them to be disciplined and will help them in the future once they are adults. My 2 daughters currently attend Dale and they love it. My oldest plays softball there and we love the team and Coaches. All teachers, leadership and coaches abide by the rules and tend to the needs of the kids as much as possible. Of course this is all my opinion but I would love to go back and enjoy my high school years again.

This is a school with clicks among teachers, principal and community. They will single out students who are different. They are known for sending children home for petty things.There is much favoritism shown. The rules are different for different kids. They will not let you even watch your kids play on the playground. I witnessed behaviors that were unacceptable from teachers who are suppose to be setting good examples while they teach our children. My only regret is I should have moved my son to another school instead of trying to work with them all school year. There will not be a second chance. Hopefully a good teacher and a good school with good leadership will help my son love school like he should. The only reason for giving even one star is this school is strong in academics and sports. But if they make your child miserable it is not worth it.

A wonderful school that still has terrific teachers and staff, that still has great American traditions and values.

I'm a student and from my point of veiw there is favoritism. And the people that are there to help don't at all so yeah I don't recommend this school to any one if you want you kid to be treated fairly go somewhere else because this is not the place to them. If there was an option for 1/4 of a star that's what they would get.
