I paid James McNew $1141 in February of 2015. I received five emails and one phone call to take my payment from Mr. McNew and his assistant. Then all communications ceased by May the following year. No replies to the multiple emails and phone calls I sent to his office. Nothing. This was absolutely the worst service I have ever seen.

I have networked with the members of this law firm several years now and they have shown me more about the many aspects of the law I never knew. Trust and honest advice is their best part of what they do. If and when you need legal advice, give this law firm a call. Received adequate counsel but was incorrectly billed. Met with a partner to discuss additional work after some simple representation. During that meeting I discussed a retainer I had paid and inquired about what portion of my retainer was still unused. He that produced time sheets that showed billings for two court dates where one of their junior attorneys represented me. Their junior attorney only came to court with me once. When I asked why I was billed twice when we were only represented once in court, the partner replied that the junior attorney that represented me was a sloppy record keeper and was no longer with the firm. He indicated that they weren't entirely sure what should have been billed against my retainer. I indicated they only went to court with us once and he was showing billings for two court dates. The partner provided no adequate explanation and offered no refund for the billed court date that wasn't mine. I took my business elsewhere.
