Hankey Law Office

I am hopeful this will turn out better than I believe. Extremely hard to contract a "case administrator" when you have questions. So far, so bad. More to come.....Contacted with a hearing date this week. August. Still have not met a lawyer after 2 years. Concerned. More to come....

After waiting 3yrs, I knew for sure when my court date came, we'd be so together, that we'd walk in the courtroom on the same foot! No seriously, I was so embarrassed during the hearing. My attorney fumbled horribly & even the judge said he wasn't prepared. They really let me down. If only they knew what I had gone through. All the many sacrifices my friends and family made, making sure I got to the doctors, financially supporting me...the many sleepless nights I still have. My case worker Lynn on the other hand was very awsome, very supportive & always followed up. I felt like she really cared and honestly did more than the attorney. You would think as an attorney you'd make sure you build/initiate some type rapport, instill some sort of hope for your clients, build their confidence in you as their representatives, but unfortunately I did not receive this. I'm just further in debt & can't work... worse than before. God bless anyone going through this.

Melissa and her assistant Malinda are an amazing duo, they treated me with kindness, compassion, and professionallism. I am beyond words for what they were able to do for me, they fought hard and won what I thought was a hopeless case. I am forever grateful for what they have done for me, the Hankey Law office is without a doubt 6 stars. Thank you so much, Lisa Maddox

They made me feel comfortable and like I wasnt alone in the disability battle. Anytime I had a question all I had to do was call, and if they were not in at the moment, they would return my call immediately! I am so grateful to them all!! Thank you so much!!

A few years ago o left a 5 star rating because things started off well. These people have screwed up my case so bad I'm going to have to start over. In may 2017 I had my initial hearing. They had my info mixed up with someone else's saying I worked as a limo driver when I've never even had a drivers liscense, didn't have half of my records. 2 weeks after my hearing my mom was diagnosed with cancer. The judge gave me another hearing in September. Had these people done their job right my mom would have known I was taken care of before she passed away. The day after my hearing in September my mom passed away. When I told the lawyer my mom was in a coma and probably wouldn't make it she was cold and basically indifferent. I will say I want to thank the judge who sympathized with me about my mother. He gave me moments to collect myself and was very understanding of the situation. The lawyer only asked 1 question. I left a bad review on their facebook and about a day later I get a call from them asking me to take it down. I thought that if I did that it would get them to do their job but no. Instead they screw up my case because they got mad I gave them a bad review. I will post as many places as I can how these guys don't care and have no compassion. The commercials they have are false and my bf and my grandma and my mother if she were alive could attest to this. They are one of the WORST lawyers I've ever come across!!! I'm sure they will see this and try to black ball me but if they don't just proves I'm telling the truth. DO NOT GO TO THESE PEOPLE!!!
