Attorney Hayes got better results than I could imagine or ask for! He is very well respected by all of his colleagues, prosecutors, and most importantly the Judges! My experience with Mr. Hayes was that he fights for you, is understanding, and gets unbelievable results! I have been in trouble more than I wish in this life. Bad choices in the past, bad luck, and random stupidity. Out of any attorney I've had, Phillip Hayes was the best by far in a league of his own! Attorney Hayes, helped us tremendously with our case! He ensured we were informed of everything going on with our case by walking us step by step of the process. Not only does he make sure clients are informed about their case, he also cares and fights for the best of the clients. Mr. Hayes did a phenomenal job on mycase. I had a warrant for violation of probation out of Marion County Indianapolis. He not only managed to have the warrant recalled, but he was able to get the probation violation dropped. To top it all off, the judge presiding over my case is a very difficult judge to deal with, and yet Mr Hayes was successful in giving me a favorable outcome. Mr. Hayes worked diligently on mycase and the retainer was very reasonable. Mr. Hayes and his staff are professional and outstanding at what they do. I would retain him in the future and would definitely recommend his Law Firm. Job well done!

Hayes law office...thank you immensely for expunging my record! For customers, this team did wonderful in coordinating this expungement from start to finish. In my case, Emily and Phillip were highly professional, yet still friendly, and followed through with my time sensitive case. Communication was always proactive in nature. They were even better at relaying all info in layman’s terms. Plenty of research led me to them, as price point was middle of the road while all reviews showed nearly perfect to perfect rating. My expungement was demanding for several reasons, however this office was persistent and executed well.
