I was told they were going to help me during the phone interview and then got a letter in the mail saying they werent going to help because so many people needed help that they dont have enough people. They sure jump to help these druggies and losers but when a single mom with 4 kids who barely makes enough to pay bills needs help they say oh your not important enough to help figure it out on your own. Not worth the time I had to miss from work just to be able to have their phone interview only to be let down.

Yes I would not recommend this agency too have them handle child custody issues or child support issues and they told a lie too me not too take my case and my income was way below proverty too take my case and my ex did not use you all for the child support case we had since your too lazy to get out of your sit too move and help someone another lawyer stepped in and terminated my ex his rights for not being involved in my son's life and he was never sent too jail for not paying his support either thanks for helping me when I need this and I have reported those staff people and the lawyer for his nasty attitude toward me.

The Senior Law Project has been tremendously helpful in qualifying my mother for Medicaid and her subsequently being able to reside in an assisted living facility. Dennis Frick is extremely knowledgeable and professional and is easy to work with. Even years after first receiving their services I can always count on Dennis for feedback when it comes time to renew her benefits and he even represented her during an appeal hearing.

I am a paralegal for Keller & Keller. I have referred several of our Social Security Disability clients to ILS for issues like child support and housing. Our clients tell me that they are treated with respect and receive professional service. I am glad ILS is in Indianapolis to help those in need with legal services.
