While the medical services offered at this location might meet accepted standards, the service is absolutely horrible.
Particularly with regards to the beastly woman who mans the front desk/phones.
Her condescending attitude is hyperbolic in its level of rudeness nearly to the point of being comical.
She is dismissive, curt, and impatient.
And, that is if you're lucky enough to be spoken to, as she seemingly prefers to communicate by gesticulating.
She will raise her finger to silence you, and furrow her brow to express disapproval at the mere sight of you (before you've had the opportunity to speak), reflecting obvious dissatisfaction with her job.
Only her strained chair expresses more disapproval, as it creaks and groans under the duress of supporting her massive weight as she violently taps away at her keyboard.

Everyone from the office staff to the doctors and nurses are wonderful to my son. Always top notch care and a listening ear.

Dr. Weis has fantastic customer service, after receiving news my serum refills were going to cost me $1,300 when they were previously free, she personally called me and came up with a few options to continue treatments until I upgrade me insurance next year.
Thank you for your help and I hope my new insurance covers the cost of my injection product so I can keep coming to you. :)
Note: I updated this review while waiting to get my allergy shot.
Then I went in to get my shot, "Pat" the person who previously informed me "if you can't afford the $1,300 for your new serum then don't come anymore" was giving me my shot, great.
I didn't mention or say anything, after my shots as I was going to wait in the waiting room, she mentions how I should write her name if I'm going to write a review about her. I said excuse me; she said she saw the review and it's not right.
Well Pat; let's look at the scenario, I was just informed I'd be required to pay $1,300 when previously it was completely covered by insurance, I know your office is busy throughout the day, but taking 5-minutes to potentially explain other options would have made me feel much better then to basically say if you can't afford it don't come in. At the very least you could have said the office staff can not suggest other treatments and you'll have doctor Weis reach out to me directly when she has time. Those would have both been acceptable options to keep your office on time with appointments and handle a customer who may not be able to afford their next treatment which are helping him breathe in a day to day basis and not have an allergic reaction.
I apologize if it got you in trouble, but that was the wrong way to handle the situation and I'm calling you out on it, beyond that one day, at that one time, you've always been professional and nice.
Carol - I appreciate you sticking up for your co-worker as I would for one of my co-workers, but you were not there, I felt like shit due to her interaction with me as I walking out of your office, which spurred the previous review, because you don't think Pat would say something like that is not a reason for you to tell me it's not right to post on social media, what I posted was a true account of what happened in detail, whether different people in the room interpreted it differently is their opinion.
I'm keeping the review as 5 stars because Dr. Weis is great and I don't want one negative experience to reflect poorly on her, I would like to request upon future visits if Pat can not be the person who injects me, it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
