Recently l was referred to Dr. Binkley for a drug allergy test. It turned out to be a very unpleasant experience. Dr. Binkley did not listen to my concerns and insisted l do not understand what is drug allergy. When I raised further questions, she became upset. She reported that I have language barrier that has hindered our communication. She is rude and unprofessional so it was a total waste of time. If I am allowed, l will give her zero out of 5 stars !
