Ms. Alley was great. She was very patient. She was able to alter a formal gown. She did it in under a week in plenty of time for my event. The prices was very reasonable and she was very pleasant to work with. Would most definitely recommend her to everyone.

I reached out to Alley on a Sunday, and she was able to see me that same day. She was very professional, and friendly. I had two gowns, one a lace and silk combo, and the other a beaded gown. The alterations are better than I could have imagined, the dresses fit perfect and she had it done by that Thursday. I would highly recommend Alley’s Alterations!

Rude and pushy. Took a dress to be altered by her— all I needed was a simple straight hem on the dress and she was going to charge me $60 to do it which is a ridiculous price to charge for something so simple but I was willing to pay it for the quicker turnaround time a week. During the fitting she kept pressuring me to hem it shorter than I wanted and called me difficult, telling me I needed to “relax.” I left my dress with her only to remember an hour later that I had forgotten to ask her to save the fabric from the dress. I called her up to talk to her about this; she was exasperated and impatient and once again she told me I was difficult BECAUSE IT WAS SO UNREASONABLE A REQUEST FOR THE SIMPLEST OF THINGS. She was snarky and rude and said she wouldn’t work with me because she didn’t need the stress. Demanded I come pick up the dress because she wouldn’t finish it — AFTER SHE HAD ALREADY CUT AND RIPPED THE SEAM. There are 50 tailors and seamstresses in Columbus, I suggest you bring your business elsewhere.

Mrs. Alley is Great! I took her 2 dresses. I got my dresses back when promised and they look Awesome! I will be using Mrs. Alley for All my alteration needs. Thank you so much.
