Recommend above others for towing of luxury and electric vehicles due to flatbed towing requirements and quality service provided. A friend recommended Alleycat Towing and Recovery and identified them as the best compared to a couple of other companies they personally used before. When I called for towing service, there were no drivers available and I was called back within the hour with notification that a driver would arrive within 30 minutes. The driver Breaker loaded my electric vehicle on the flatbed and treated it like it was his own. Breaker’s professionalism and competence about Tesla’s was evident; he was aware of activating the towing feature on the screen to prevent the alarm from activating during the tow. Soon after he loaded my vehicle, I paid with my credit card over the phone without any difficulties and no surcharge. As soon as Breaker arrived at the Tesla certified collision center, he called to confirm arrival.Services:&nbsp;Car towing

These guys are awesome! I was having so much stress with my car situation this week and thankfully were the first company I called. Because of their professionalism, and great customer service, I didn't call anyone else. They were able to schedule my time during my initial call, and even called to verify a couple of hours before. Then, when there was a delay, I was notified immediately! They also gave me a call when they were on their way, and by the time I had made it to my car, the tire was off, and they were just waiting on me to get the donut. I was super impressed with the kindness, professionalism, and all out attitude of David and his coworker I'm so sorry I forgot his name. He was super sweet too They both made sure I was safe getting back on the road! A service that cares about their clients! These guys are officially my go to for any issues I may have on the road. Thank you AlleyCat Towing for helping me recently. More specifically, thank you DAVID! I recently had the displeasure of being involved in a hit and run. I was able to get my car within my community before I had to pull over due to the damage associated with my wheel. Called AlleyCat, the first guy came and informed me couldn't help because the flatbed was too big to get the car within the space. Which I found odd due to having used different tow companies in the past whom none had issues with placing and removing my vehicle from in front of my home with a flatbed. So, I knew it could be done. Nonetheless, he told us he would call a wheel lift and to expect a long wait. I do thank him for ordering that wheel lift for us. DAVID came in less than fifteen minutes and hooked the car up in less than three minutes. All in all the tow was probably completed in less than five minutes. Amazing service , I had flat tires we tried to call progressive, even we tried other services all told 90 minutes , then we called alley cat so fast service they provided amazing services on great prices.,they were with in 10 min super surprised us. We thought it gonna take time but No. Guy named David k # 30 super fast . He changed tires like robots. Within 40 min he drop us to Costco. Highly recommend. Service was EXCELLENT!!  I was a little worried at first but when driver showed up everything was super professional, fast, and driver was supportive and helped talked me threw some options I had. Alley Cat towing is amazing. They helped my company out with a short notice high volume tow job of about 40 cars. Not only were the drivers friendly and professional but very efficient and helpful. They went above and beyond what we asked them to do and were willing to work with us to get the job done as fast as possible.
