Staff and Dr were very nice. Dr listened attentively. She explained the details on how we were going to treat my illness and was sensitive to my perticular issues. Then my pharmacy closed before I could get there. She quickly had my prescriptions called into a 24 hour pharmacy. Excellent!!! I don't like to give 5 stars if they aren't earned. The team at that alliance care earned it today. THANK YOU.

Making an appointment online was simple, I was seen within a couple minutes of my appointment time. Check in process was quick and easy. I appreciated the providers focused exam on my daughter and his recommendations.

After going to a few urgent cares for pain and being treated like some with a drug addiction. I couldn’t take it anymore so I tried one more. Hallelujah Jesus, so nice and yes finally got a shot, my body’s not twitching and such mercy that’s all I wanted. To be half normal and semi functioning is better of course than crying in pain. Thank you so so much. Praying for Gods favor over ALL that work here I Jesus Holy name ‍Amen

I was in and out in an hour. Staff was super friendly, and the PA that saw me was fantastic. So glad I went here, and will definitely be back next time I need an urgent care.

Fast service but the doctor seeing my partner only saw him for 5 minutes with a prescription. I'm not okay with that, will not come back. Horrible luck with doctor or nurse who handled this. And felt they rushed us.

Very satisfied with this clinic. Yesterday I went to banner health to be seen after having made an appointment and was left in the exam room for 45 minutes before I just got up and left the clinic WITHOUT being seen. Here, at Alliance, from check in to check out - I was there for 30 minutes. 10/10 I would recommend this clinic.

I don’t understand the bad reviews. I’ve been coming here for the last 3 years. Every time I come here, they take care of me. Today I went in feeling under the weather. I currently have no insurance. They did everything possible to keep the cost the lowest they can while treating me. I didn’t even ask them to do this, so it was kind of them to take it up son themselves. They even gave me a coupon for my prescription. Francis the NP took very good care of me when I got dizzy and made sure I left the office feeling better.

We walked in just before closing at 7:45 with an eye injury, was promptly greeted, registered and without any wait time was roomed. The provider did a thorough irrigation and eye wash along with an eye exam with fluorescein and blue light. The diagnosis was traumatic eye injury and no foreign body remained in the eye. I watched as each person was brought back and exited, the staff was friendly, acknowledging and the patient/client reciprocated. Clearly this is a place that delivers a genuine customer service experience, quality care and very very very reasonable price for urgent care. Highly recommend driving past the hospital or corporate owned urgent care centers to his gem of a practice!

I went to Banner Urgent Care first and right away the lady told me they didn’t take my insurance even though on my insurance website it said yes they did. She seemed incompetent so my insurance company called around and confirmed with Alliance they took my insurance. Caesar I think his name was got me in right away and worked through trying to figure out my insurance instead of turning me away. They got me right in. Doctor and nurse seemed nice. They got an x ray of my wrist I was concerned about from an accident that morning and right away was able to tell it was fine. Just to be safe they ordered an x ray I could do the next day as a walk in somewhere else downtown. Even if I didn’t have insurance this place seemed really affordable.

Super fast, no wait time whenever we go and the physicians are always so nice and caring!
