Great family oriented Cyclery & Snow shop with all your bike needs! Andy & the team build the bikes and tune them to your specifications. 1 year of free maintenance when you purchase a bike! Scheduling maintenance was quick and easy. I would recommend this shop to anyone looking to get into biking, snow boarding or skiing. These guys are very knowledgeable & passionate. I love my Santa Cruz!!!

Had skis tuned. Price quoted on phone was $60. Prince on chalk board behind register was $60. They charged $63- why? A "work fee"- nice guy at counter tried to explain it but obviously was put in an uncomfortable position by management. To be fair they got work done faster than promised and it was fine. I got a text asking for payment when I had not picked up skis yet. It also threatened to charge me $5/day over 1 week if I didn't pick them up. Great staff but management: C'mon, treat your customers better. OK- I'm fair. One of the owners- I think Jeff? Called me right after posting this and offered to delete the up charge. My complaint wasn't about the amount, it was about the practice of an added fee which was not disclosed until I had brought the skis in and the service was written up. We all get the increased costs, I don't think you will lose any business gang- just be up front on charges is my suggestion, and I really don't ant the work charge reversed- happy to pay for the service, which again, was not an issue- it was good and fast. Everyone at AllSpeed is great. The manager K went above and beyond to helping find a bike for my son that was perfect for him. He spent a lot of time with us making sure everything was right and we had a great experience.

I have been looking at fat bikes for the past year and finally decided to jump. of course I went to Allspeed, where we have bought past gear. their team is knowledgeable, friendly and easy to do work with! I trust their advice and experience. wasn't disappointed!

I’ve come to pick up my Rad Rover 6 + bike and they have put it all together for me way before the estimated pickup date. So I’m very grateful and now they are letting me read the bike manual as the battery for my bike charges. I really like this place!

It’s easy to give a lot of stars when it’s a simple thing that goes well. This time there was a little bit of a glitch, but they made good, which is better in my book. I dropped my bike off, and got kind of a strange text back about what was wrong that upset me. A person had initially not really looked into the history of the bike which had been 100% serviced with them. I sent a puzzeled response and First thing the next morning I got a response from someone else who had picked up the message and who had really gone into detail, on a Saturday, and set everything straight. There will be always be glitches, everyone makes mistakes. I value how people respond to them, and they responded well.

Easy, professional, pleasant experience from start to finish. Just a small spoke repair but the various staff took it seriously. Quick turnaround and fair price.

Awesome local spot. Great crew… friendly, helpful and super knowledgeable. Also a legit shop for high end MTB repairs. I highly recommend All Speed!

Ski tuning services were speedy and reasonably priced. They also do excellent bootfitting work - highly recommended if you're in the market especially for AT boots.
