EVERYTHING WENT OK BUT SOMEHOW THE BASE OF MY TV STAND GOT BROKEN & I WAS TOLD A NEW ONE WOULD BE ORDERED & COMING IN ON 4/2/2018. NO ONE CALLED ME SO I CALLED ON 4/4/2018 TO BE TOLD THAT THE BASE WAS IN & SOMEONE WOULD CALL ME ON TODAY, 4/5/2018 AROUND NOON. I HAVE NOT HEARD FROM ANYONE & I WILL NOT CALL THEM ANYMORE. IF I HAVE NOT HEARD FROM ANYONE IN A FEW DAYS, I WILL BE REPORTING THEM FOR NOT KEEPING THEIR WORD. PLUS THEY WENT OVER MY 2 HOURS WITHOUT ASKING ME IF I WAS WILLING TO GO OVER 2 HOURS. IF THEY HAD TOLD ME THE JOB WOULD TAKE MORE THAN 2 HOURS, I COULD HAVE LEFT SOME THINGS TO MOVE MYSELF. OTHER THAN THIS I WOULD HAVE GIVEN THEM A HIGHER RATING. AS OF TODAY 4/12/2018 I HAVE BEEN GOING BACK & FORTH WITH THIS SITUATION WHICH HAS MADE MY EXPERIENCE HORRIBLE. THE CONVERSATIONS HAVE BEEN VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I NEVER EXPECTED TO GO THROUGH ANYTHING LIKE THIS WITH A MOVE THAT WAS ALREADY STRESSFUL. I THOUGHT THE COMPANIES JOB WAS TO SATISFY THE CUSTOMER IN ORDER TO GET MORE CUSTOMERS. ALL I WANT IS NOT TO HAVE A USED REPLACEMENT PART TO REPLACE MY TV STAND. I WAS TOLD THAT MY REPLACEMENT PART DOES NOT COME NEW, WHICH I FOUND OUT IS NOT TRUE. THERE ARE REPLACEMENT PARTS THAT ARE COMPATIBLE TO MY TV THAT FITS. I DO NOT UNDERSTAND HOW A COMPANY CAN BREAK SOMETHING & WANT TO REPLACE IT WITH AN OLD PART. NOW I HAVE A TV THAT'S STILL ON MY FLOOR IN THE SAME SPOT THE MOVERS LEFT IT. IT WILL BE IN THAT SAME SPOT UNTIL THE BBB GETS THIS SITUATION RESOLVED.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Do not use this company unless you are able to move your items yourself to speed up the process and avoid being charged $120/hour extra. I was told that I was getting a "special" for $99 for 2 hours and I was assured that it would be done in that time frame. The movers were 2 hours late. It then took them 3 hours and I was hit with an additional hourly rate. The office staff was not helpful in correcting or even explaining themselves.

The movers were ok except one of the guys (white guy with a ponytail) was very RUDE. He was being a complete BUTT HOLE for no apparent reason. Like dude, you're not doing me a favor. I'M PAYING FOR THIS. They dented my dressers and took my doors off to bring a couch in an upstairs bedroom and didn't put the door back on correctly. They're insured but that doesn't do any good if you call them when the movers leave. THEY WILL NOT RETURN YOUR CALLS. Wish I could give 0 stars. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY. YOU'LL BE DISAPPOINTED!

Quick, professional and friendly. No complaints the gentlemen were great today! Would definitely recommend and use them again personally.

I was very pleased with my moving experience on Oct 6th. The young men arrived on time and ended in the 3 hours I had planned. Very professional and hard working guys who got in and out with nothing broken or misplaced. I would use this company over and over again!
