Two Men and a Truck

I have nothing but good things to say about my move. I had a couple of issues in the beginning and Vanessa made me a priority on her to do list. She took the edge off me as I was a nervous wreck. Then the day of my move came and the heavens sent me Josh and Kentrell. This guys work so well together. I even appreciate the humor if Josh and his light spirit. I had questions while they were moving me. Let me tell you they never stopped working and they answered all my questions. It's very rare to find honorable people with class. I so thank them for every small detail on that day. To whomever is in need of movers please go with Two Men and a Truck you will not be let down. Be Blessed

Mr. Ed scheduled a time and date for me.. they never showed up and didn't answer phone till late that day.. He had an attitude.. and he said he wont move my stuff.. all my scheduled appointments were messed up. .with God's help many friends stepped in to move my apartment that day.. I would not trust this company. . I will make sure all apartment complexes also do not give their brochures to people. . Awful company. .

They came out to house, provided an estimate for $1100 and then on the day of the move said it was $1700. They also claim they sent a “pre-move” letter after I gave the deposit (by their own admisson too!) which apparently would have explained that the cost just increased over 60%.

Just got off the phone with these folks. Trying to get a price estimate, oh what a pain!! I have an 8x10 storage room with dining room furniture and living room furniture that needs to be moved less than 5 miles. These folks want an EXACT list of what is in the storage room to give me an estimate, really?? an exact list??? You gotta be kidding me. I used the Horn Lake MS location last year when moving from Oxford to Collierville and they were soooo much easier to deal with. Sorry but i wont be using Two Men and a Truck Memphis ever.

My experience with two men and a truck was absolutely horrendous. I was scheduled to move on a Saturday afternoon. I didn't get moved until the next day Sunday. The actual movers were awesome. They sent the wrong size truck the movers got what they could. I had to rent a u haul for the rest of my things. When I called them to speak with someone. About the whole ordeal. I was told I don't usually make that type of mistake. I'm sorry😱. I was given the general manager's number which ironically I was never able to contact. Then I was charged for their mistakes. I only went with them because I had used them in the past and had a wonderful experience. I will never use them again. If I could I would give them a negative star.
