I wish I could give a 0-star review. A bunch of thieves work here!!! My mom and aunt who is sick with cancer took the car there to get fixed. All they needed was a new battery. They charged them over $700 to change a battery and "fix" a wire!!! They took advantage of my family who were hundreds of miles from home and needed help in a bad situation!!! DO NOT waste your time or money with this sorry excuse of an automotive shop!!! SCAMMERS!!!!

Aweful. Absolutely terrible business. These people are untrustworthy. They are very shady. When I asked how long my service apt would be they said 15. The. Another guy made a funny face and the cashier and he said “oh” then turned to me and said 1 hour. I think they are renting out customers cars without their knowledge.

Worst experience I’ve ever had renting a car. They still haven’t returned my $250 deposit. I’ve been calling and emailing about this issue they keep saying accounting is gonna get back with me. the front desk receptionist started cussing at me when I asked him why they can’t just simply return my deposit. This issue started in August and we’re in December and I’ve been calling them at least twice a week.

Everyone was polite and professional. The service was top notch. They got me in the vehicle fast. Less than 5 minutes. They followed up to make sure I was happy. The team made everything happen on time with a clean vehicle and excellent communication. Deposite was back within two days exactly like agreed I highly recommend

This was by far the simplest and quickest car rental I’ve ever experienced. I normally rent from airports during travels but I needed a local rental and this location was the most convenient for me. Staff was efficient and friendly and I was in and out with a car in less than 10 minutes. The deposite was back on time and full with no issues Definitely recommend this location!

Not a rental place! This is a place where you find a bunch of thieves running a business. The deposit you give is a scam. YOU WILL NEVER GET IT! Yeah been 4 months and still didn’t get my $250 deposit. I told my credit card company about it and this so called business told them I extended the car for another 4 days which I never did my Amex card still gave me the $250 tho. The car they give you is so dirty and smells so bad didn’t mind it at first I just went to the car wash clean it up like it was my own didn’t even give you a credit for that. Anyways this is the best place to get finessed. SCAMMERS!

This post only gets a star because I have no choice to leave NONE! PLEASE READ BEFORE RENTING!!!! I rented a 2014 Nissan Altima for the months special at 1050 I ended up paying 1691 including my deposit and insurance FOR ONE WEEK and whatever other hidden charges this place has. My contract was dated from Jan.07.2022-Feb.07.2022, the owner Sam, changed my contract on my husband and I, after receiving 205 additional dollars until Feb.9th, and he kill switched the vehicle and had us stranded in two different parts of Denver Twice! When we got the car, engine light turned on, left tire needed air, car needed gas, there was no windshield wiper fluid or brake fluid and there was battery acid corrosion all on the battery..It smelled of rotten eggs and cigarettes, headlights went out 3 times, brake lights went out twice. He kill switched the car two days and the day before it was due and still hasn't returned my 250 dollar deposit. He killed the engine the day he received additional money that he accepted and told my husband send me 20 dollars and I'll turn it on for you to get home. I am pursing legal justice and whoever sees this and is in need of help with a car situation DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR MONEY! My husband and I were desperate for a car and this was our last option. His cars are no good and he's no BETTER THAN HIS CARS! Save your Money, do your research and please don't let him take advantage of your situation!

Worthless car rental ever they’re actually ripping off people especially they take advantage of people who doesn’t have credit cards needed a car at time and they take cash anything and they cars are dirty they don’t even care too clean they rent me a Nissan Altima and that it was like homeless shelter the smell the smoke trash holles all over the seats from cigarette burns If you are planning to go there advise you not to go there it’s worthless.

This is a very bad place to rent a car. I advise that no one rent from here they stole my information and charged my family credit card to buy clothes, gas etc before I could catch the transaction. Nothgin but crooks I filed a police report and had one of the guys locked up. This place is not a real place to rent cars the cars are 2015 cars that don’t work and the people that work there steals you info.

This company is a bunch of scam artists. I rented a car from them. It had zero gas, wreaked of cigarettes, had a cracked windshield, and broke down in my driveway. After all that they did not refund my $250 deposit like they swore they would, and ghosted me. NEVER trust these awful people, they are thieves.
