The valet service at pickup/drop off is a true luxury, and time saver!! Cars are meticulously maintained and outfitted for Colorado's winter weather. Communication far exceeded my expectations...texts, calls, always available....this is how all businesses should be run! And...I adjusted my reservation, changed my reservation, had a gazillion questions...Nathan handled all of this with a smile and a "can do" attitude! Best car rental experience ever! Getting the vehicle from the airport and returning are seemless, with no extra time wasted. Rates are great! Especially considering the ease of picking up, dropping off the vehicles, and performance and luxury trim levels available. It's gotta be the best place to rent a 4x4 in Denver. We loved having a Jeep Gladiator Rubicon to explore Denver and where we stayed out in Dillon.

I highly recommend using Mile High Car Rental in Denver. My family travelled to Colorado and needed a Suburban to accommodate all of us and our luggage. Additionally, we were traveling with 2 children and my blind brother who is also hemiplegic half-paralyzed. Nathaniel worked with my dad and I to ensure our rental Suburban would be waiting for us right outside of baggage claim when we arrived at Denver. Drop-off was just as easy! All paperwork was handled ahead of time. There were no surprises or changes! We were pleasantly surprised with how promptly Nathaniel responded to emails, texts, and calls before our trip and during pick up and drop-off— even with a really early flight! He stayed in constant communication as-needed from our initial inquiry until after our trip! There are so many stories posted of families not receiving pre-paid rentals from national rental car companies due to shortages. Nathaniel and his company will not disappoint you! Your vacation will not face the added stress of having to ride a train to the national rental car terminal in Denver to face an uncertain rental or cancellation if you use Mile High. This company is amazing and I highly recommend using them.

From my phone call with some questions before booking to the pick up and drop off of the vehicle, dealing with Nate and his team was awesome. We will only use them for our SUV rentals when flying into Denver. The GMC Yukon we rented for a family of 6 was in beautiful condition and spotless. Communication during our stay was seamless and returning the vehicle was so easy. Highly recommend this small business over the national chains.

I had an excellent experience with Nate and Car Rental Denver - the biggest positives being the super responsive communication, and the convenience of the drop off and pickup right at the terminal, avoiding the long trip to the other rental companies. I had a ton of luggage, a stroller, etc., so it was such peace of mind to have a car there waiting for me, and I'd definitely rent again next time I'm in Denver.

Had a great experience using Mile High car rental Denver. They had a brand new awd suv waiting for us at baggage claim. Pickup and return was as easy and convenient as it gets. Nathan is great and communicates well. Will definitely use them on future trips. The awd small suv did great in the snowy conditions.

Just want to say that this was the best rental experience I have ever had. We literally walked out the door from baggage claim to look for the car. When I couldn’t find it, I called the number given with my contract and Nathan was able to help us find it. We then left for our destination down I-70 on a very bad weather day. My wife was very nervous since we are from the south and we don’t know anything about driving in the snow. Several hours after regular business hours, Nathan answered all of our texts and phone calls and we were able to make it to our destination safely. I can’t say enough how awesome the customer service and attention was. Not to mention, the vehicle that we rented was amazing to drive. Thank you again Mike High Rental. Our next trip through Denver will definitely involve a rental from your awesome service.

Nate and the team at Mile High delivered the best customer service and an AMAZING Yukon Denali XL for a work trip to Denver and the surrounding ski areas.
