The Toyota RAV 4 was taken, so I got a Jeep. On the second thoought much bettee for the Winter Weather. No Problems at all. And it was a Hybrid. The Staff was very helpfull and friendly. The Jeep was rented previously by many People for Outdoor Activities. So inside it was quite muddy and the Seats not so clean. I didn't mind, because I was hiking. I vacumed the Car and cleaned it.

Very good rental experience. Staff was friendly and helpful. Very fast pickup and drop off in a convenient location near downtown hotels. Car was clean and well cared for and was AWD for our trip up to the mountains which proved to be very helpful in not one but TWO snow squalls over the course of the week. Only issue is finding a gas station to fill up before returning the car. We eventually found one, but it wasn't easy.

This location has a one star for a reason me and my family rented from Simon for a year and at first everything was great, until we start being charged different amounts and then whenever we asked about it the answers from him never matched what we were told in the beginning. We first were given a Ford edge with someone's dirty underwear in the trunk, then Lisa his sister upgraded us to a Jeep wrangler that was also dirty so we brought this to her attention and then got into a Jeep gladiator and love it so much we leased it for a year. We have a business account and our rates are cheaper, overall Simon lied to us numerous times about things after paying on April 10th he told us we were good and to contact him in a week just to tell us a week later how great of customers we are and he doesn't want to rent to us anymore. Then requested others to not rent to us, he put the payment as cash yet we never paid him in cash it was done as a tactic to get us to only return to him. I wouldn't take my business here just like he was told we could do business with any other budget be careful the guys at the counters do shady things that the 1800 number sometimes dont know about. We have proof pics and emails of everything I'm saying. Please pay attention to reviews I'm a business owner myself that has 4.6 star reviews in the hundreds they have 3.8 in the hundreds for a reason.

My family and I had an accident on way to a weekend vacation in the mountains. Due to the busy holiday weekend we couldn't find a rental car to suit our needs. The representative at the Downtown Denver Budget Rental facility on Broadway could not have been more friendly and helpful. She bent over backwards to help me find a vehicle and get us on our way. Her effort and kindness were so much appreciated!

One of the best customer service I’ve received, especially from a car rental place. Lisa was very helpful and made sure things were quick and easy for us.

Check your complete car, before using it. My car had fully worn tires, no window water and was pretty dirty. On the road I got a flat tire, no help from the office and no success at the accident hotline. Finally I had to change the tire by myself and have to pay now „non pkg items“, which I never booked. Use another car rental!

My best car rental experience! The pick up didn't even take 5 minutes, the car was right beside the exit. If you arrive before they open you can park the car outside and drop the key in a box. The car was clean inside and outside. Besides the staff is so friendly!

I choose Budget over other rental companies specifically because the process of pick up and drop off is so smooth. They dont charge you extra for silly reasons.

A rental car company is a rental car company is a rental car company. Their all the same. That being said, the thing that really differentiates things is the customer service. Lisa was so amazing and so nice, knowledgeable, and so helpful. I’m grateful for the positive attitude, especially early in the morning. We had a great experience dropping off as well. Unfortunately I can’t remember the guys name, but he was so quick and efficient. Thanks you guys!
