Allstate Insurance Agent: Clive S. O. Abrams

It's very unfortunate that I must provide Clive Abrams Allstate office with such a poor rating because he has demonstrated unprofessionalism, lack of integrity, and unable to follow through on job related duties. Also phone calls and e-mails are rarely returned. For me it is very important to work with an agent who is reliable and dependable. My experience Clive Abrams has been very disappointing. I've waited weeks for a response, for an inquiry or claim to be acknowledge. Unacceptable. In person Mr. Abrams presents himself as polite, and kind as though he cares about others concerns. but nothing more is done outside of that. For example; They do not have my correct address on my policy as result I don't get bills and updated information. To date it has not been corrected in their system. another example; I placed a claim for damages. It took months for him to follow thorough on his part. I don't know if his office is understaffed,or if he is overwhelmed, or what....I don' know if he cares or realizes the inconvenience his lackadaisical attitude has cause. but at the end of the day I am paying for a service and expect the service to be rendered within a reasonable amount of time. wouldn't you? I'm currently in the process of obtaining another agent. From, for rent no brokers fee
