Allstate Insurance Agent: Earl Coy

Poor customer service.I needed a document notorized and was surprise by the overall professionalism..We were told to wait in the hallway and was instructed to fill out paperwork work while standing..It seems like the notery part of the business is not important..If that is the case I would discontinue the service..I would not utilize that office for any other business in the future..All costumers are important…Office was filled with cigarette smoke!!!!!…

I didn't get the policy I wanted earl coy worked really hard to help even willing to try again later again he really tried

I would give more stars if more was available. Earl Coy is phenomenal -- the absolute BEST! He epitomizes the company's slogan "you're in good hands . . ." He is professional, resourceful and very personable, always going out of his way to help. May God bless his business with exponential growth.
