I walk in to get myplates on a vehicle and the woman behind the counter was extremely unprofessional. To be called a liar to my own face and to have my papers thrown back at me shows to me that this person is on a power trip. Under any circumstances do not go there unless you are ready to have someone talk down to you like a dog

Receptionist was extremely rude when I called to ask a question. I wanted to in and renew my registration but she couldn’t answer one simple question without quickly catching an attitude. I get it, you’re tired and dealing with a lot of people but dam, let it go to voicemail then.

Worst place ever, the woman in the back office was obnoxious, yelling and screaming at customer and at one of the employees. Truly unprofessional! Waited 15 minutes to be helped while sitting my back to the scorching sun blaring through the window. Lady insisted that I sit down! Then I just left.

Just rude and disgusting a simple call i made to ask about registration. Before i can finish she yelled something and said hold and NEVER return. This place need to be shut down and put another business there that actually help the community.
