Allstate Insurance Agent: Cody Hallstrom

Cody's team is kind and hard working. When we moved into our home there was an issue with the roof and Cody's team had an amazing roofer that was so helpful. The team worked behind the scenes and took most of the work on themselves so that we could focus on the move. They are always looking for ways to save us money.

Allstate insurance is the best! Always friendly & available. The agent takes their time, answering all your questions, being patient & thorough. I am really happy that I found an insurance agent that I know will take care of me & all of my concerns. I feel like a valued customer & I appreciate the great customer service that I get every time!! Thank you Cody Hallstrom!

Cody and his team provide outstanding service. If I have questions or concerns they provide options and answers extremely quickly. If I call, I receive information immediately, and if I email, I receive information within an hour or two. His staff is kind and knowledgeable and I feel very comfortable speaking with them. On the occasions when I have asked to speak with Cody directly, I have received same-day responses. My family has a team of experts on staff by having Cody and his team on our side. I would strongly recommend them to anyone! Thanks for all you do for us all year long.

This agent is without a doubt the most unethical and unprofessional insurance agent I have ever been with in all my years. Cody is a thief. In the beginning I was happy with my rates. One day I get a notification from my bank noting several bounced payments. There was plenty of money in there. Apparently Cody, All State had taken 900 out of my account. This was 4 times the amount quoted and agreed too. When I called the office to complain they claimed it was because my son had turned 17. Never once did they ask for his grades, vehicle driving, address ( i share 50/50 custody), driving school and I live across the street from the high school. These are items that all insurance agents ask. When confronted, they told me to get insurance from my ex wife. This was absurd and ridiculous. I compained 4 times and they never once try to fix this. They raised me 4 times the premium. I have a perfect driving record and having a 17 year old part time with honor roll grades does not justify this amount. Giving permission for automatic dedt does not give permission for removing any amount. I never gave permission for this amount. They also never reported the right address with my mortgage company and that was a mess, along with not reporting to my vehicle with a loan. I would not recommend doing business with this crook and I will be filling complaints with the BBB and the Attorney General. I have found a company that the premium is right back where it was WITH my 17 year old on it. He doesn’t deserve even 1 star but google wont let me post with out at least 1.

Great local agency that highly values customer service. Kelly and the staff are very patient and are excellent to deal with.
