Allstate Insurance: Roger Harness

I have had a terrible experience with Roger and his colleague that I spoke with from this office. Roger seems nice but wrote our policies wrong and they were inaccessible so we had to call Allstate customer service to get it resolved. Now we have multiple policies, paying for all of them, and they won’t remove the ones Roger did we don’t need. They however charged my account the entire year instead of the month. And it took 4 people to get to a customer service rep who could even help. The man with whom I spoke to at Roger’s office was very rude and hung up on me when I politely voiced my dissatisfaction with how I was being treated. You ARE NOT in good hands with Allstate and I would not recommend Allstate as an insurance provider.

My dealings with this agency has been totally positive for over fifteen years. Roger Harness has always been available for my family to provide information and resources to satisfy our needs. If and when a claim needed to be filed, Roger would communicate throughout the process ensuring we were on track and understood what to expect. I have never experienced a time when Roger did not accept my call or return my call if I missed him at the office. Roger has been more then helpful to us from the very beginning. The only reason I had my policies transferred to Scott Kleykamp’s agency in Richmond is because he is my grandson and I was wanting It to benefit him in some way. Thank you Roger for your years of great service.
