I received a check from Fidelity Investments and was unsure of why so I called their 1-800 number and they proceeded to bump me around to different people three or four times. They could not answer my questions which in and of itself is not terrible, I understand if their computer system does not have a record of the check, they just do not, not their fault. However, after being bumped around for almost and hour a woman got on the phone and acted almost like I was bothering her, she acted as though she has some kind of chip on her shoulder and the simplest way to describe her behavior was passive aggressive. So so basically put, they could not answer my questions, bumped me around a lot, and the icing on the cake was rudeness. I will never willingly do any sort of business with these people.
Been waiting 15 mins to make a deposit, meanwhile one person is at the counter assisting another customer. 4 other employees have been to counter and offered no assistance. Almost 20 minutes later the counter person assisted and was very helpful. They need to work on customer service.
Very professional and helpful staff. Alex is knowledgeable and takes a genuine interest in helping to manage accounts. Convenient location- a great all around experience.
They were very helpful and informative. My consultant took the time to explain things to me and answer my questions.
Impossible to call and get a human to talk to you everything is routed through an 800 number and the whole time is outlandish. I waited over 30 minutes and never got an answer
Call times are really horrible today. And there is no online chat; only online answers to questions i don't have.....
Never get to talk to a person on hold for a very long time their virtual is frustrating and does not answer what you ask
I didn't like their Platform at all.
