PNC Bank

Very unfortunate being a customer of 7 years & I can't even walk into my local financial branch & feel welcomed. They exude very condescending ,antagonizing behavior towards their customer. LARYSA SHEVCHENKO was far from welcoming and caused me to not only have to postpone sending off a document but furthermore inconvenienced me by forcing me to take my documents else where , which I usually do anyways to avoid this branch but considering through them and what I needed to be done, I was trying to save money since again I AM a loyal customer...

I do not recommend for notary services. I called the day before to verify that I would be able to have a document notarized at this branch since we are long time customers. They said it would not be a problem if my name was listed on the document. I was turned away since it was a 3 page document and my name was only listed on the first page and not the page I was signing. My name would not be listed yet because it has to be signed in the presence of a notary. I was directed to the UPS store instead where I had no problems. I am still very confused and disappointed with my experience.

The tellers and other staff are always pleasant and professional at this location. I will go out of my way just to go to this location because of the welcoming feeling I get when I go inside or just the drive thru for my banking needs. Fast service and helpful staff.

Not the friendliest people Customer service and knowledgeable staff Please !!!! Either they like you maybe not but the customer service by these reviews are not balanced

The Tellers are very friendly and always smiling. Samantha Lead Teller makes everyone feel as if they are family. She goes above and beyond to make your banking experience a pleasant one.

We have bussiness account there but thinking to switch somewhere esle. Had terrible service made a cashier check for $8 and charged $15 in fee there usually its free in any bank where you have account. Also they have started chraging when you go over $5k cash deposite limit. it used to be 50k then reduced to 30k then now 5k just to make money. also they are super fast in charging over draft fee. Bad banking

The tellers are amazing but the manager there Nikki does not respect her employees.

Fees out the wazoo and will not take care of them although i have been a business customer for 20 years! forget about contacting by email you wont get answer from management.

Always super friendly and very helpful.

Absolute piss poor customer service.
