Our family just wrapped up our 1st home purchase with Bobby Clifton and his team, who was recommended by our amazing Realtor Katy Skeen, and could not be happier! We did an out of state purchase from California in Kentucky, while moving and going on vacation out of country, with an FHA loan. While I definitely don’t recommend this combo, Bobby and his team Rachel were still able to coordinate the closing with lightning speed, and we closed escrow in less than 30 Days! Safe to say, I just can’t recommend these guys enough. They stayed on top of things, I received constant update calls from Bobby and most importantly, they over delivered on everything they promised. As a California Realtor, it would have been great to have you on all my listings. Thanks you guys, we love our new home!!!

Bobby kept in touch with us on a regular basis during the entire pandemic as we had a hard time finding the right property. When we finally got a contract on a home his team was ready to go. I like their secure platform for uploading requested documents. When it got down to getting a clear to close, Bobby made it happen well in advance allowing us time to prepare to travel to Louisville for the final walk through and closing. He actually stopped by at our closing, which not many lenders do, and we were happy with the process and look forward to enjoying our new condo.
