Allstate Insurance: Scott Amendola

This is the worst insurance experience you could ever have especially with this agency. They are located in a dealership and no one answers the phone because I don't think anyone works there including the lovely young lady that I signed up with, once I found out she was no longer with them, I knew I'd be screwed. Of course they are going to point the blame on her because she is not there any more but go figure! They are a hot mess over there. I was quoted a price that changed after I was promised a driving defense course that they never applied for but I had to find out the hard way after my price went up. Now, it's been 6 months and my price goes up again! REALLY!!!! They owe me the driving defense course certificate discounts that were promised to me but they do not want to honor the credit because it was promised to me by a the lovely young woman that no longer works there and this other woman that answered the phone said that's the reason why she doesn't work there like that's not my problem! Take responsibility for your mess ups! How about that! They deliberately lied to me. I spoke to the owner Scott and to his employee Joe, who also made promises to fix this and they did not! I had to keep calling, leaving voicemails, and sending emails until I finally could get someone on the phone and then when I get someone on the phone, she's bad mouthing ex-employees. I am very disappointed with Scott and I am calling GEICO and whoever else. I'd rather pay more money somewhere else but most likely will pay way less than what I am paying now. The woman who answered today basically told me good luck, and I am on my own because unless I go to Bay Ridge to sign some paper for the driver defense course, she will not be able to help me. Worst service ever!!!!!!!!! Never again allstate! Keep my credits, you need them more than my family! Bye Felicia!
