An experience that goes beyond the purchase. The kind attention and good vibes are in the air. There are two levels with the men's area on the top floor. On that upper floor is the yoga studio. On the ground floor are the yoga fashion for all women and living room sofas.

What an amazing store in NYC SOHO! An amazing member of staff called Laurel helped us to chose the most fabulous items. She is so patient and professional. Her product knowledge is second to none. What a credit to your team. Thank you and I can’t recommend Alo and laurel enough

Alo Yoga SOHO MADE MY DAY!!! They went out of their way to find me MY FAVORITE bra! Absolutely love the staff and the vibe in the store is UNMATCHED. My favorite store to shop in all of NEW YORK!

I can’t speak for their in-store experience but I called today 1/26/23 to see if they had an item in stock. The girl who picked up had the worst attitude. When she picked up she just mumbled “Alo yoga” or something else, who knows…. So I just proceeded to tell her what I was looking for since a different store told me they had it at the soho location. She told me the inventory was wrong and then just hung up the phone. The bratty/stuck up attitude was beyond rude.

A wonderful experience even if your not shopping for yoga wear. It was a must discover store in Soho visiting from Toronto. From the tome you enter the store you know this is a different type of shopping experience. There are two floors with the men’s area featured on a portion of the second floor. A quarter of the second floor is occupied by a yoga studio. The main floor is all woman’s yoga fashion with big comfy sofa’s to lounge if your not doing the shopping. The staff were helpful with the gals showing them the latest fashions to arrive on the store. There is an amazing snack bar which we discovered at the end of the experience at is at the same area as the cash out area. I would have liked to have heard about it earlier so could have parked myself there to enjoy an espresso and a healthy treat. If your in Soho and comfy yoga fashion is your goto then you won’t want to miss this store.

I have been working with Alo’s very slow customer service team on an incomplete order. They are asking for proof and pictures of the original packaging to prove that they didn’t send me a couple of scrunchies lol.. Sorry I opened the package and threw away the bag. Very disappointed in the service I received and I’m still owed $..

It's a gorgeous store, very comfortably laid out with ample space to just relax with some Matcha, and the yoga studio is huge with lots of sunlight pouring in from the windows. And some great music too! Looking forward to going back!

Alo Yoga Sanctuary is a mindful escape from busy NYC life. It is a wide open beautiful studio with floor to ceiling windows. I look forward meeping up and experiencing my senses!

Raven and Madison gave A+ customer service. I am new to Alo and was told to try them out since I’ve become dissapointed with Lulu as of lately. I basically was given outstanding service and help from Madison who not only went above and beyond in helping me put together outfits, but finding correct sizes, colors and materials while complimenting me on the pieces I felt most comfortable with. Every single woman who was in the fitting room or on the floor were bubbly, kind, warm and overly helpful which is so hard to find these days. I will definitely be back and I appreciate this store for being so amazing. Thank you!!!

My teacher in asia said, any yoga is better than no yoga. I leave that there. But beautiful place. Yoga studio on 2nd floor. Breathe
