There's nothing for me here as is all ladies' clothings. However, came here by chance with a lady friend and decided to also get some stuff for my ladies at home. The staff here were really helpful and friendly. I was assisted by Issac and Carla/Karla and they were just so nice, and knowing that I am buying for someone else, and was helping as much as they can, with sizes, suggestions etc. They also have a bar area where you can get free coffee, water, with absolute no spending required. The staff were also really nice and no jar for tips was present. How classy! A absolutely delight to shop here. Ladies, you must visit here for sure. Gentlemen, do also come here to get stuff for your important women back home.
1. I don’t have an Aritzia anywhere near my hometown 2. Soho shopping district, of course, this is THE neighborhood to go shopping in New York 3. The fact that there are multiple levels with big open windows with a city view like that?? It’s too much. I could have spent my whole afternoon there. Great location, short walk from tons of other stores.
I'm a guy who knows little about women's clothes. But... this couch area upstairs is brilliant. My son and I watched football while my wife and daughter shopped. Brilliant!
The staff was very helpful and quick with finding different items throughout the store. The store was spacious, bright, and clean with good music, and was well-organized. My sister and I were assisted by Victor, he was incredibly professional and kind. He was encouraging about the different pieces we were trying on without being pushy and was quick to provide different styles and size options as we needed them. I can't say enough nice things about Victor, he definitely made our shopping experience a positive one and he was a highlight of our day shopping in Soho.
Love this Aritzia location! The store has a nice layout and all the sales associates are so nice and helpful. I'm specifically writing this review because I went today and Ellis the sales associate was so lovely and helpful and made my shopping experience really enjoyable. I look forward to seeing her the next time I go back!
First time shopping here and I can’t get over the ~excellent~ customer service provided by Emily & Bianca. They were so accommodating, interactive, friendly and encouraging while helping me build a new wardrobe. They truly made my day better and closer a whole lot cuter! I am really grateful for an awesome interaction and certainly hope they get their kudos cause this is how a job is done
Love the store, very inviting concept. The clothes are great, even if a little too expensive sometimes. The changing rooms are way too small, if one is slightly claustrophobic it's impossible to try on clothes in there. The sales assistants are quite annoying sometimes, they will not let you look around in peace for too long.
Went back there recently. I actively avoid this place because of how hectic it is especially on weekends. A kind associate helped me out and I was able to find a nice jacket for my trip. Much better experience than previous times!
I love how there’s a cute little bar inside Aritzia that serves a variety of cafe drinks. The one disappointing thing was at that at the time I went, they were out of the majority of their drinks. However, luckily for me I was able to get an iced matcha latte to sip on for free while I browsed around the store. The store itself is pretty big and super busy. Overall, it was a nice experience even though I didn’t end up buying anything and by far one of the coolest experience I’ve had in an Aritzia store.
First time at the SoHo location, and I usually go to the one at Rockefeller, where they are much nicer. At this location, some employees were super friendly and helpful and made me feel welcomed. Others had a nasty attitude toward me when trying to tell me something—especially the girl with the mark on her face. I'm not sure if it's because of how I look, but she was extremely rude to me. Even though when you talk to a customer, you can be polite and friendly and not be nasty.
