Alof is a colorful and cozy hotel. The bed felt so good and room was absolutely amazing. I loved it! Check out is at 12pm instead of 11am. Kimberly the front desk receptionist that received us was extremely kind, social and helpful!! Made our stay much better and made us feel welcomed. Will definitely be heading back there again.
Excellent staff. Clean environment. They are attentive to your needs. The customer service is superb. They make you feel like family each time I travel to NYC.
Very nice hotel and very attentive staff. Rooms were clean and well kept. Location was great. It was very nice to have a balcony so you don't have to take the elevator down 8 floors to get some fresh air.
Such a beautiful place. Enjoyed my stay for sure.
Nice staff. Good location. It is close to several subway stations and it took around 12min to Times Square from hotel by subway or bus. Hotel room is tiny but very clean and has nice view. Gym available. No swimming pool.
