best stay in new York!!! Completely new hotel, friendly staff and close to subway
The staff in this hotel are all great! They all go above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. Please give your staff a big credit. It was great. The service is top-notch as always. Bed comfort can not be beaten. Hotel food is enticing. The overall services are great!
Good hotel rooms were nice and modern. The water took a while to get heated but that was it. 5 stars.
Great hotel. Friendly staff, super clean throughout! The decor and style were very nice - room was cozy. Surprisingly parking wasn't bad for on street. Came in late each night and easily found safe and close parking. Will be staying here when I'm in town for business.
I just want to say that hotel impressed me so much! The moment I arrived at the hotel, they welcomed me with big smiles on their faces and helped me with my things. They also made sure that I am having a great time throughout my stay!
Accommodations were great for what I wanted. The location was perfect for my visit. And the staff were friendly; Chris, at the front desk, was particularly helpful, charming, and welcoming.
