We have not used the actual service but the solicitation is terrible. We have had multiple ads left at our door but the worst part is my wife saw them parked down the street when she got home one day. As she got out of the car with our baby they pulled up and got out of the car and came to our door as she was getting her keys to come into the door. She felt extremely I comfortable and insisted that she take the flyer. This instance was about 2 weeks ago. Today when I got home and walked out of our garage with our baby their car pulled up and honked at me to stop what I was doing to get my attention. As he approached me I clearly said, no thank you, and he continued to come closer saying, “it’s about your roof.” I already knew that from the sticker on the side of your car. I said. “That’s okay, we are fine.” And he said, “don’t worry the insurance will cover it.” I guess the first two “no thank yous” were enough so I said it again and he looked kind of upset walking back to his car. Please as a company and human being understand that “no means no.” Someone shouldn’t have to feel uncomfortable or forced to take a flyer for a company that will end up in the recycling bin moments later.

Guy who drives silver Honda accord with company logos embarrassing you company. If you do your business same way he talks to people I feel sorry for your company. He is a great example how to lose potential customers. I hope this review will get to the right person.

My wife and I hired Aloha Construction to finish our 900 sqft basement (we purchased our home as new construction two months ago; basement was unfinished from the construction company). Our intention was to transform the basement into an in-law suite for my parents. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we had a very short timeline to get this accomplished. The entire project was completed in less than three weeks of construction (it took roughly a week to get the permits approved, so about a month from start to finish) and the end-result is absolutely amazing! The crew was very accommodating and ensured that they left the site clean and organized at the conclusion of each day. All work is done in-house with Aloha, with the exception of plumbing and electrical, for which they have specific companies they have used for years. I was blown away at the level of customer service that we received, as I had many questions and bothered Glenn more than I should have... but all my questions were answered to satisfaction and explanation were given for absolutely everything. We continued all the same styling for the rest of the house into the basement; you cannot tell where the construction company stopped and Aloha stared. Everything is a seamless transition! The full basement bathroom matches exactly with the master bathroom shower and tub from upstairs. We could simply not be happier with how this project turned out! Lastly (and most importantly for finances) was the price. Aloha was hands down the best priced company we talked to... some companies quoted as much as 50k for the same job that Aloha accomplished for 27k! If you are looking for a company to handle any form of construction without your home, call Glenn @ Aloha immediately!

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. They have absolutely no idea what the term customer service means, especially Jim. They way my parents were spoken to when they inquired about the damage done to our home during the work Aloha did on our house, was completely unacceptable. If you want your house in good hands and to feel respected, DO NOT call this company. Merry Christmas :)

They have rung my doorbell over the past 2 weeks at least 4 times. The first two times when I did not answer they continued to knock and yell "hello". The fourth time, I told them we were not interested in their services and to stop ringing our doorbell. Since then they have come the last two days in a row. I imagine they also come on days when I am at work and are bothering me more than I even know. TAKE A HINT: if I tell you that I don't want your services, don't continue to come back again and again. I will for this reason NEVER use this business when I do need work done.
