I used Premier Construction for the replacement of windows and glass block window on my rental property. It was a big project as there were more than 50 windows. I never purchased windows before so I went to great lengths with my own research and talked to numerous window contractors in the process. With Premier I was able to work directly with the owner regarding the appropriate windows for my building (styles, color, energy efficiency etc.).…. Everything went smoothly. From dealing with the girls in the office regarding paperwork, scheduling and all warranty information. In a manner to not disrupt my tenants the windows were installed quickly and the crew was super clean. I would highly recommend Premier Construction for window replacement projects.

I am more than satisfied with the selection of wood and laminate they had, their workmanship and the finished product. The contractors also did a good job of cleaning up once the project was complete. My floors are beautiful and it was a pleasure doing business with Premier. I already have recommended them to my friends and neighbors for all of their flooring needs

After our business suffered damage from a fire, we called on Premier for the 'gut-rehab.' In a trying time it was so wonderful to work with such a professional and dedicated company. Their patience and understanding was the 'icing on the cake,' of the wonderful quality of their work. If you need/want a professional company with a mid-western attitude toward customer service, and quality work Premier Construction is the way to go. Highly recommend!

Premier Construction was highly recommended by a colleague last year to install new wooden floors in my condo. The installers were very professional, on time, and flexible with my schedule. I am pleased with the final result and will call them for any other work in the future.

I have used Premier Construction for various projects in both my home and business over the last ten years. Premier has executed a build out on a commercial space, put all new windows and doors in my home, as well as completing various other small projects.
