Alondra's Bar & Lounge

Came here with my boyfriend on a Friday night. We were greeted by a bartender/waitress who was very sweet. We only intended to get a drink but ended up staying to eat as well. As sweet as the bartender was, unfortunately we could not understand each other due to the language barrier. I ordered chicken tacos with a side of tostones. The portion sizes were more than enough, I was pleased. Tostones were good. The chicken in the tacos were over cooked. My boyfriend got the sausage burrito and he loved it! Service was terrible, after receiving our food our server never came back to check in. We had to go to the bar to finally get our check. She never gave us utensils and took forever to get our drinks.

I was there tonight with my girfriend, the food was really good. But the service was terrible. The lady ask me what we gonna order before even get the menu, we have to adk 3 times befor she give us and attitude and give us the menu The she smack the forks to the table. We get the food but want to take to go , so we asked the lady who by the way take forever to assist us, to pack the food. Again she give us an attitude and take forever. After all we deside to paid and live, but when we see our check, she overchard and add her self a tip. I paid, after that we get our food, but at the time that my girfriend lift the bag, everything fell of , she didn't close the lid correctly. I get upset and try to speak with the person in charge , but he told me that it was everything our fault and we should be gentle then he turn around and ignore me. I'm not sure if the runner name , I think it was Ismael or something like that , but he was so helpful and nice tu us, I would like him to assist everyone because he was their everytime that we need and help us until the last minute . He is an excellent worker he should be orchard .

Great place to watching football games and enjoy a great ambience.

Great atmosphere and food!

Jukebox keeps me coming back. Owners been very nice since I moved in the neighborhood July 4th. Wish the women or or staff doesn't keep changing. Old staff was friendlier hope they're coming back.

Cheap booze, but not somewhere I'll go again. The bartender didn't speak english nor know what a vodka redbull was when the gf asked for it in fluent in spanish.

This is one of the worst places ever! I have ordered two cans of soda and gave more than 100% tip! and went to the restroom and when came back my seat was taken by another customer. so I sat on a different chair. then out of no were 2 employees security approached me and requested me to leave! after I asked for explanation he said I didn't order nothing. I got up to my original table and showed him my 2 cans that i bought! he still requested me to leave!!! I asked to take to a manager and there was no response! The WORST ever place !!! I have a video recording of the incident too. they where very unprofessional and low standard!

I did get a nice service, the churrasco was not bad at all. Good place to get drunk but you have to be careful of the bar tenders. They could easily convince you for shots and get you paying a very high bill.

Amazing drinks and the place seems to be always packed. I didn't have anything to eat but I'm definitely coming back.

Food was delicious. I had the fajita with the different meats and shrimp. Carolina was very attentive and nice.
