Dr. Alspaugh and the entire team at AIPS have been amazing since day 1! I can’t recommend him and them enough. He did my breast reduction this past Wednesday, and was extremely thorough with explaining his techniques and what I should expect moving forward. Any questions or concerns that I had were swiftly addressed and I’ve felt heard throughout the entire process. Incredibly professional bedside manner, but also casual enough to make me not feel super anxious like I had been! Everyone I’ve told that I’m going to him has had nothing but great things to say and assured me that i’d be taken care of. They were right. I am a few days post op and had a slight concern about my chest, and I was able to hear back from him so quickly, even though it’s Sunday. I’m excited to see how my body looks in the next few months while I continue healing, but from what I’ve seen already, I look amazing!!! Thanks, Dr. Alspaugh

Staff is nice and waiting area is very pleasant. Dr.Alspaugh however is very belittling and seemed more interested in talking about insurance than any actual procedural/health concerns. Had an extremely pretentious way of going about explanation and was horrible in his examination left literal bruises on the skin and was only doing a consult, not a procedure. Not very comforting and was quite dismissive, almost brushing off important non-insurance questions. Can't speak for any of his actual services as we decided against using his services due to how offensive and unprofessional he was. Only good part of it was the support staff which was polite, but didn't acknowledge how awful he was. Edit: Was not a patient, spouse of a patient

This is my third time having my breast done because the first time they made them way too big so when they fix them the second time, they really just looked awful I didn’t even know that it was possible to fix him once again. I then chose Dr. alsbaugh and I am day two after surgery. He is brilliant and quite an artist. It’s only day two and I am so thrilled with the results. I would recommend him to anybody even people that are thinking of flying out of town just to see an excellent doctor

I was referred to Dr. Alspaugh by two friends that previously were his patients. I felt welcomed immediately when I came in for my consultation, by both the staff and Dr. Alspaugh. During my consultation, he was eager to answer any questions I had and address any concerns I had about the procedure. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional and I knew I made the right choice coming into his office. My pre-op was a little more chaotic, as there was a lot of paperwork to go over, but again both the staff and Dr. Alspaugh were will to answer any questions. Going in for my surgery two days ago, I was able to witness their carefully practiced routine for preparing for surgery. The nurse, anesthesiologist, and Dr. Alspaugh were great with ensuring I was comfortable and that I would be happy with my results. I don’t remember much in the actual OR, except my nurse gentling rubbing my arm until I feel asleep. I knew I was in good hands. When I woke up I felt a little groggy and nauseous, but with the medicines provided I was out of bed in no time. I never felt rushed to get out the door, and if I wasn’t eager to sleep at home I know could have stayed a while longer. Perhaps my favorite aspect so far is the phone call from Dr. Alspaugh the next day. I have never had a doctor do that and I truly appreciated it.

dr.Alspaugh is an amazing doctor. Always ready to help and check on big and little problems you can have. He is precise,very knowledgeable and experienced; nice and gentle, never make you feel uncomfortable. I'm glad to be in his hands, he did a wonderful job reconstructing my breast. I will never stop to thank you, dr.Alspaugh!

Dr. Alspaugh did my implants 15 years ago and changed my life. To this day I’m still happy with the results. Super professional and an outstanding plastic surgeon! I can’t recommend him enough!!

Dr. Alspaugh is rather loud and obnoxious. He will cut you off while you are speaking and seems uncaring. The walls in his office are very thin and I could hear him speaking with several patients before coming into the exam room where my husband and I were waiting. I thought patients were entitled to some privacy. He doesn't spend much time with each patient either, basically breezing in and out in less than 5 minutes with each one. I feel like my $50 copay was definitely wasted with this man. On a better note, the ladies at the front desk were friendly and the nurse was pleasant as well. I wouldn't recommend this practice to anyone. *Edit since response** Yes I'm definitely referring to Dr. Alspaugh. You won't find me in your files because I wasn't the patient. The procedure wasn't elective and the scar afterwards looked like something on frankenstein's monster. I will NEVER recommend this practice to anyone.

I had a great experience with Dr. Alspaugh and his staff. I am completely satisfied with the results of my BBL. They made me feel at ease and informed me of all the steps of my pre-op, surgery and post-op. I have friends who have used other doctors for their BBL's and abdominalplasty. They all have told me that mine is the most natural and my belly button looks the best. I am very impressed and would definitely use Dr. Alspaugh for any future plastic surgery.

I had a mommy makeover two years ago and was never fully happy with results. I went back with my concerns and was told that it’s just the way my body is. My breast are uneven and you can’t even tell that I had breast lift and implants done. The swelling in my stomach never subsided and I was left with a belly button piercing that was never closed in my pelvic area. I was told he would repair it and he never did. Honestly I feel I look no different than I did prior to surgery. I paid for a breast lift and the amount of skin that was left over is ridiculous. I want to cry everytime I look at them. My friend had her breast done and they look amazing. I just got a botched procedure and there’s nothing I can do about it.

The absolute best!! From the moment you walk in until you leave you feel so comfortable and welcome. I could not be more pleased with my procedure. Dr. Alspaugh is the best as well as the rest of the staff! I'm so glad I chose this practice!
