I would recommend to anyone who has feral cats.  Have 4 on my property and the set up appointment and provided cages for TNR. The give very clear instructions on how to trap.  Very pleased!

Our 8 month old kitten died less than 36 hours after leaving. I called 3 times and finally spoke to someone. The vet eventually called back, slthough sympathetic, but had no answers. On another note, the lady at the front desk with glass was extremely rude and yelled at people. I would NEVER recommend this place.
