Alternative Environments, Inc

I would love to comment on Alternative Environmental. I had the operations manager come out and give meet a quote, look over my yard, and we agreed on a price . I was supposed to be put on the schedule but nobody ever showed up. I contact manager he said he would take care of it. Over a week later still nobody. I have seen their work , their treated yards look great. Their product looks to be top of the line. Their customer service needs a lot of work. Still waiting?

I’ve called your office two times and told the receptionist about the work I was looking to have done.(underground drainage) Both times she said one of two people would return my call. As of 3 weeks now I’ve heard nothing. To top it all off I’m a current customer that has my lawn treated regularly. I guess my business isn’t important to you anymore.

Never have to worry about anything concerning my lawn and it has never looked better. Very professional but also friendly, down to earth every time I call with questions. Never pushy but always helpful. Will always recommend Alternative Environments to my friends and family!

After core aeration and one treatment my yard is looking great, huge improvement and I can see patchy areas filling in and am very happy with the results so far. The amount of rain we have had in June has certainly helped with the grass growth, but on my own it wouldn't look this good.

They're courteous, take care of the job, they are on time, and if I've ever had any problems or questions they're real quick to answer them.
