Despite our group booking a trip with their Australia “expert” Ena we were repeatedly told how busy she was. Not customer or service oriented. Did not try to save us money. Felt like she was doing us a favor vs. valuing our business. Do not recommend. Surely there are other agents who will welcome your business

We are so grateful for finding Altour! Ena has helped us plan a family reunion-cruise for almost 20 family members! She did EVERYTHING from finding us the best deals to making phone calls AND emails to my family so I didn't have to do anything! Something that seemed so overwhelming for me to do alone she did it for me! I'm so grateful for her and all the hard work she put in for my family and I. Charlene is awesome!!! We worked with Charlene Fuentes to plan a trip to Italy this summer. She was so knowledgable and helped our family plan our dream vacation. I would highly recommend Altour Las Vegas!! She can service clients all over the world by the way. Loved the personal service. Thank you Char!!!

I called for help with a trip to Australia. The woman made it extremely clear that if I wasn't going to book it with her, she is not going to help me.
