Had a very difficult time with booking a cruise today. A representative stated she would place a cruise on hold for me. She took names and birthdays. Two and 1/2 hours later, I was told the rooms were not available. I spoke with the manager. He initially understood why I was upset but in the end said they did NOTHING wrong and were very condescending.
