Jacque and Susan have been so amazing to work with! I would recommend Altura to anyone who needs health insurance, especially due to lay offs. My husband and I were both laid off at the same time and it was a sensitive time with my Dad passing away. They were so kind and helpful and very willing to work with my sporadic availability, going above and beyond to make sure we had no gap in coverage. If you aren't sure what insurance to go with COBRA, or other, just give them a call!

I have worked with Craig and his team at Altura Benefits for 7 years now. He and his staff have been great to work with through the years. They are prompt in answering any questions I may have relating to company benefits, employee's, etc. Craig meets with me annually to review our plans and to make sure our benefit needs are being met. I worked closely with Krista at Altura in overseeing our open enrollment this past fall. She is very organized and pleasant top work with! Jill Christensen and Jacque Wall are tremendously helpful with anything you may need. They call you back and/or email in a prompt manner. They are friendly and so easy to work with. I have worked with Alutra from the beginning around 16-15 years ago. They have always been above board. I have never had any issues with anyone have experienced wonderful service.
